Update on our golf day on 22nd May 2025 from the “2 Toms”:
27 played including 2 visitors and we were delighted to see our old pal Paddy Murphy who joined us for dinner. We were missing quite a few of our regular guys who for a variety of reasons could not attend. Nevertheless we had a perfect day for golf with the sun shining on a magnificent course. The winner Mick Bollard took full advantage and returned an exceptional score of 45 points. The day was rounded off with dinner and ” good banter”.
The real success of the day is measured in how much we raise for Clare to look after those pupils who need a little help.

Raffle.
Everyone dug deep into their pockets and we raised €795. Between the golf event and the raffle we raised just over €1200.
We hope that you have noted in your diaries our Captain Pat Walsh’s outing in Grange GC on Thursday 4th September.
